Terms of Service

The service

Belize Pitty Pat is a free online card game, currently in a testing/beta period. It is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or go offline at any time. Game progress and stats may be reset during testing.

Fair play & conduct

• Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation/bots against human players.
• Don't harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Choose an appropriate display name — offensive or impersonating names may be removed.

We may suspend or end any game or access that breaks these rules.

Accounts

An account is optional — you can play as a guest. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime from the account menu, which removes your stats, tokens, and items.

Tokens, items & no gambling

• Pitty Pat Tokens and cosmetics are a virtual currency and goods for use in the game only. They have no monetary value and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for money.
• There is no gambling: no wagering between players, no loot boxes, and no random or chance-based purchases — you always see exactly what you get.
• We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items as part of running or ending the service.

Purchases & subscriptions

You may optionally buy token packs or a Pitty Pat Plus subscription. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by the chosen provider (e.g. Google Play or a local bank transfer) under their terms. Plus grants its benefits for the stated period. Except where required by law or a provider's policy, purchases of virtual items are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel a store-based subscription through that store.

Ads

The free version may display ads, including optional rewarded videos that grant tokens. Pitty Pat Plus removes ads.

Age

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to play.

No warranty & liability

The game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game during this testing period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize.
